What you'll be doing
As a member of CIBC's Human Resources (HR) team, the Director, Human Capital Strategies is a seasoned professional responsible for leading the design, development and execution of future-focused strategic workforce strategies aligned to our bank's strategic priorities. Strategies include reimagining the future of work, HR transformation and talent-based strategies to execute against CIBC's long-term priorities. The Director, Human Capital Strategies will also support our human capital planning process to align our investments to business strategies. This role drives strategic thinking, thought-leadership and innovation across key HR workforce initiatives.

How you'll succeed

You have a degree/diploma in Business, Human Resources or a related field. You have 7+ years of experience with HR concepts with a focus on Talent, Workforce Strategies, Change Management and/or Human Capital Consulting / Strategy.You can demonstrate extensive human capital (human resource) knowledge.You act like an owner.
