Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Director, HR Shared Services & Leaves Administration Responsibilities: * Build and scale a high-performing HR Shared Services function * The Director of HR Systems will lead operational strategy, process improvement, and service delivery across Tier 0-3 support models * Oversee Leaves Administration and site activation teams * Manage HR tech stack: Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, ADP, WFS * Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize HR systems and self-service tools * Lead and develop a team of 3-4 direct reports * Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture * Drive performance, training, and continuous improvement * The Director of HR Systems will manage external global consulting recruitment vendors * Ensure compliance with HR policies and performance standards
