Director, HR People Partnering DCS Mexico Requisition ID: 42796 Job Location(s): Apodaca, MX Employment Type: Full Time Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment Job Function: Human Resources Work Location Type: On-site **Job Description** Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Director, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local and international labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with the business to develop and implement HR projects and solutions as well as manage employee relations, and drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives. **Job Responsibilities** **Strategic HR Management:** + Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. + Lead HR planning and budget management to ensure optimal resource allocation. + Collaborates with TA areas and Shared Service Centers related to Payroll and TA operations on a local approach **Talent Acquisition and Retention:** + Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. + Develop and implement talent management and succession planning initiatives. **Employee Relations and Engagement:** + Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. + Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts. + Manage the relationship with the union to drive and maintain a healthy union environment. **Training and Development:** + Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills. + Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments. + Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Global Human Resources Business Partners to align and drive talent management programs across the businesses. **Compliance and Legal:** + Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations. + Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices. **Performance Management:** + Drive the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers. + Implement performance improvement plans and development strategies according to the group defined standards. **HR Metrics and Reporting:** + Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. + Prepare and present HR reports to senior management. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
