The Director, HR Business Partner for Patient Services will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Director, Patient Services - North Region, driving human resource initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance organizational performance. This role focuses on developing and executing people strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within Patient Services. The Director will liaise with HR Centers of Excellence and the HR Service Center to ensure optimal HR collaboration and service levels to clients.
This position will be based in Marlborough, MA (Hybrid).

A BA/BS in HR or related field is required; A Master’s degree strongly preferred (MBA, MA in Organizational Development, HR or related field)SPHR certification preferredProficiency in MS Office productsHighly effective leadership and strategic influencing skillsAbility to work effectively at multiple levels of the organization from front line to senior managementAt least 15 years Human Resources and relevant experience, including a demonstrated track record of success in an HRBP capacity Ability to travel up to 25% within the North Region
