Our sales team will live our motto and exemplify what it means to be “The Helpful Network”. **The Role:** The Director, Head of Sales, Ace Media will be accountable for stewarding the revenue pipeline for the media network and leading our sales team. This leadership position within our newly launched network will play a crucial role in helping shape the network’s early days and its selling strategy. The right candidate will be comfortable leading by example: playing a direct and hands-on role with Ace’s Top Brands and merchants while also managing a team. They will also have a deep rooted familiarity and understanding of first party data, the vendor/retailer relationship, and how to help both retailer and vendor partner together for growth. **Responsibilities:** + Stewarding a team of account executives to meet and exceed revenue targets + Refining and crafting the Ace go-to-market selling strategy + Instilling a consultant sales culture; identifying data-driven opportunities to grow our valued partners’ businesses at Ace and beyond; with the ability to get specific to each clients’ business as well as to scale. + Leading a book of business across strategic clients + Setting the strategy to grow revenue from existing partnerships and penetrate new business including non-endemic. + Managing and communicating an accurate pipeline and forecast on behalf of the network + Working hand in hand with Merchandizing to identify opportunity + Partnering closely with other functions within the network including the hands on keys, account managers, analytics teams, creative teams, and digital team to bring opportunities to fruition **Qualifications:** + 10 years working experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 in Retail Media or e-commerce. + Retailer experience preferred + Prior experience leading a sales team + Proven experience delivering revenue and managing to quota + Deep familiarity with retail first party data for value-based selling and media measurement + Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use in marketing + Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills + Demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner + Comfort interpreting closed-loop media measurement tying marketing to sales using retail data + Proven client leadership skills; ability to develop relationships and influence + Analytical acumen to make decisions; understand and optimize media campaign + Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S **Compensation Details:** $200000 - $220000 Per Year **Why should you join our team?** We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.T (Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork).
