Director, Head of Global Delivery Partnerships
**About the Role** The Director, Head of Global Delivery Partnerships, sits at the intersection of P&L Owners, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and Tech, engaging internal/external stakeholders and leading sales and account management to drive the growth of one of our largest merchant partners. The ideal candidate will have proven success in growing Enterprise partnerships, coaching and developing their team, creating deep relationships with C-suite and senior executives, developing scalable operational processes, and negotiating commercial agreements. **What You'll Do** + Lead and develop a world-class sales and account management team that grows Enterprise partnerships in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, country teams, and merchant partners. + Set the vision, build the strategy, and guide joint business planning to deliver on priority objectives; exceed quota targets and annual top and bottom-line goals by focusing the team on the biggest opportunities. + Build strong C-suite and executive-level relationships within Uber and the merchant's organization. + Facilitate collaboration within your team and cross-functional partners (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Legal, Tech, and Product). + Contribute to refining Uber Eats' merchant offering based on evolving needs and industry trends; work closely with the internal Product team to communicate customer feedback, and provide market insights that shape the Product roadmap. + Empower your team to work effectively and efficiently by identifying and building process improvements and removing roadblocks. **Basic Qualifications** + Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, business development, strategy or operations + Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team + Track record of developing win-win strategic partnerships and leading commercial negotiations with complex Enterprise partners + Demonstrated success in building and coaching high-performing teams to exceed quota targets and annual business goals + Strong analytical skills; use insights and data-driven decision-making to inform and guide negotiations, sales, and partner management processes + Outstanding communication skills with your team, executive leadership, and merchant partners + Experience adapting with resilience and humility in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment + Self-starter and collaborative leader across diverse teams; everywhere you go, you can't help but mobilize people, resolve problems, raise the bar, and bring out the best in people - you are a doer and motivator of others + Ability to drive operational excellence and impact by building and scaling repeatable processes, adapting for country/regional nuance **Preferred Qualifications** + 12+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management or business development at a high-growth company and/or QSR + Experience overseeing complex contracting processes, including SOWs, MSAs, MLSAs + Passion for and deep understanding of the food industry, inclusive of trends, competition, best practices, and other factors that affect profitability and business success across countries/regions Uber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
