Head of Business Support at a glance
The Head of Business Support leads the strategic development and operational excellence of the Global Process Lead (GPL) organization, aligning it with the respective Kraft Heinz business functions. This role ensures alignment between process innovation, customer satisfaction, and organizational goals while overseeing resource planning, governance, and transformation efforts.
What's on the menu?
Oversee the establishment and growth of the Global Process Lead (GPL) organization.
Build in-house capabilities to drive process standardization and efficiencies.
Manage the strategic alignment of processes with organizational goals.
Ensure value delivery through process innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Act as the key escalation point for GPLs and Engagement Partners.
Leading the function – Finance, HR and Data from GBS strategy and execution and build a strong partnership with the business.
Collaborating on strategy for each Global Process with senior stakeholders in the business; defining expansion and transformation strategy.
Collaborate with GBS Global Capabilities team to drive improvement / transformation of the scope
Collaborate with Operations in our GCCs(India & Mexico) and outsourced partners to ensure operational excellence

I have experience in business operations, global process management, or transformation leadership roles.
I have experience in a executive leadership role in a global or matrixed environment.
I have a proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
I have a deep knowledge of process standardization, operational excellence, and efficiency strategies.
Financial Acumen: Experience in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) for Capex and Opex.
I am a srategic thinker; Influencing at a senior level; E2E process thinking; Global leadership skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
€185,240.00 – €231,550.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
