Director, Global Sales Execution, Global Transaction Banking - New York, NY
Purpose
The Director, Global Sales Execution is accountable for establishing the strategic direction of the GTB sales organization by delivering actionable insights, conducting in-depth analysis, and supporting the design of strategies to optimize performance in close collaboration with key stakeholders and functional areas of the Bank to align sales initiatives with company and GTB wide objectives. These key areas include: GTB Sales Effectiveness, GTB Business Intelligence & Analytics, Enterprise Strategy and Operations, Enterprise Analytics and Innovation, Client Insights and Analytics (CIDA), Global Banking & Markets, Finance, GTB Product and GTB Operations.
The incumbent will be required to provide a consistent deployment of performance analysis and reviews in close coordination with GTB Business Intelligence & Analytics, CIDA, Finance and Client Insights and Analytics (GBM) among other.
Accountabilities
Education & Experience
7+ years of transaction banking experience incl. global cash management, liquidity management, trade & working capital solutions, and / or corporate banking or global banking experience. Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent Well-developed analytical skills. Ability to manage and interpret data sets. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record in building relationships. Knowledge and understanding of transaction banking products, credit and risk processes and pricing philosophy. Strong project management skills Problem Solving Spanish / French Language competency is an advantage Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is an asset Strong creative solution and motivation for process improvement
