Responsibilities
The Director - Regulatory Strategy and Product Stewardship will lead a team of experts:
Gathering, monitoring and summarizing regional and global regulatory trends Organize with global and regional marketing the global policies around Regulatory such as Restricted substance list, Animal testing policy, Sustainability policies, etc.Running advocacy initiatives with the right stakeholders i.e. governments and associations with support of rest of regulatory organization, including chemistry and packaging regulations.Optimizing associations memberships and associated budgetsProvide essential support to the Sustainability team of Solenis with a team of expertsProvide quarterly global Regulatory outlook, working also with subject matter expertsSetting up and Running the Technical Safety Review committee (including EHS)Providing regulatory assessments advice and solutions for key product portfoliosSupporting the RCR team with critical solutions for customer requestsManaging FDA, BfR, GB petition work via our Subject Matter ExpertsManaging our toxicological support expertsManaging our global Chemical Inventory (GCI) team covering REACH and TSCA regulations.Advise Innova and Fast Track project teams on Regulatory compliance.Coordinates the company’s internal GCI data filingRepresents Solenis Regulatory on corporate level and has peer to peer discussion with key business leaders to ensure the interests of Solenis business guarding futur compliance globallyRequirements:
