**We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Global Regulatory Affairs (Business Integration Lead) to be located in Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Horsham, PA.**
**Purpose:**
The Business Integration Leader is responsible for overseeing the Unified Regulatory Platform (URP) operations, managing key workstreams and initiatives, providing strategic guidance and advice to the URP leadership team, and coordinating administrative support across URP. This role serves as a key partner to the URP lead and core team, working to develop and implement the program's strategic plan, ensuring that goals and objectives are clearly defined and aligned with the organization's mission and vision. The role provides operational support to the URP leadership team, for example, coordinating meetings and tracking action items to completion.
**You will be responsible for:**
• Ensure project management support and facilitation of the URP team with the coordination of the preparation of the meetings and tracking of required actions until completion
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the URP Leaders regarding problems, current and future initiatives, strategies, project management and budgets
• Establish and monitor progress toward URP milestones, intervening as necessary to ensure targets are met.
• Establish a multi-year strategy and roadmap based on strategic priorities and translates into tactical plans
• Develop and grow relationships with internal and external partners to drive opportunities for optimization, securing organizational sponsorship to effectively implement URP deliverables
• Work to maximize the communication outreach within URP team
• Act as the interface with other functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HR) and respond/delegate work to the respective owners
• Prepare reports, presentations to present to senior management, etc. as required
• Oversee URP budget and coordinate presentations regarding Budget Planning, CAR’s etc.
• Coordinates business requirements and ensures they are delivered within the system development
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
**Education:**
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in scientific or business related discipline is required
• Master’s degree is preferred
**Required:**
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and managing complex projects
• Ability to build complex cross-group/department plans, drive, track and report execution progress
• Project-management expertise, demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects from inception to close-out
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing forward innovative solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions, regions, and cultures
• Proven skills as an effective team player who can engender credibility and confidence
• Ability to distil complex issues and ideas down to simple comprehensible terms
• Embraces and demonstrates a diversity and inclusion mindset and role models these behaviors for the organization
• Invests time in helping others to enhance their skills and perform at a higher level
• Travel up to 10-25% of the time (domestic and international), defined by business needs.
**Preferred:**
• Leading and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• Six sigma, LEAN, and/or PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in procurement and contract management
• Proven track record of leading and driving business process transformation and organizational culture change as well as delivering on programs with complex business deliverables
• Experience with IT System Design, development and implementation
The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $160,000 to $276,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

• Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
