The Work You'll Do:

As a Director, Global Events & Field Marketing, you'll play a critical role in driving both global event strategy and North America field marketing.

More specifically, you will:

Own and optimize a multi-million dollar global event budget with full-funnel measurement from planning to post-event attribution Partner with Sales leadership across North America to support pipeline targets through strategic regional campaigns and ABM-style activations Drive end-to-end strategy for global event programming, including executive speaking engagements, industry presence, and internal flagship events like SKO and Presidents Club Align closely with BDRs and Field teams to ensure pre-event meeting booking and post-event follow-through Work cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and RevOps to build processes that track performance, ROI, and business impact Confidently present plans and performance to senior executives and cross-regional stakeholders

What We Need From You

7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on global event strategy and field marketing Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar event programs with measurable business impact Demonstrated success in partnering with Sales and BDR teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and event ROI measurement Expertise in planning and executing global event programming, including executive speaking engagements, industry conferences, and internal events like SKO and President's Club Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
