As\na Director of Functional Cost here at Honeywell, you will be a key leader\nresponsible for overseeing and managing the functional cost management function\nwithin the organization. You will play a critical role in driving cost\noptimization, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making to support the\nachievement of business objectives. You will report directly to our VP of Business Analysis and Planning and\nyou will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the\nfinancial performance of the organization. You will lead a team of financial\nprofessionals, providing guidance and support in cost management, budgeting,\nforecasting, and financial analysis. Your strategic mindset and ability to\nidentify cost-saving opportunities will contribute to the overall success of\nthe organization. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will drive\nfinancial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead\nthe functional cost management function, overseeing cost optimization,\nfinancial analysis, and strategic decision-making.Develop and implement cost management strategies and initiatives to drive\nfinancial performance and achieve business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities\nand drive efficiency in business processes.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive\nprofitability.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment\nwith business goals.Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support cost analysis and\nreporting.Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance,\ncoaching, and support.Partner with stakeholders to drive financial insights and recommendations to\nsupport business growth and profitability.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
