Salary Mid-Point: $175,000 Location: Pittsburgh PA Job Type: Permanent IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis responsible for leading the forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and strategic financial analysis functions for the company. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will provide financial and strategic guidance to the company by leading all aspects of financial planning and analysis and play a key role in supporting key business decisions that support both short and long business decision making.
Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, multi-year capital plans, and enterprise initiatives in partnership with executive leadership. Direct the FP&A function, including budgeting and forecasting at the business unit and consolidated level, as well as provide reporting and presentations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Develop financial models and perform detailed financial analysis for short- and long-term strategic decision-making. Develop and manage annual operating plan for the company. Analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) of financial performance and identify opportunities and potential risks. Implement strategy to leverage technology to streamline forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Requirements of the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Bachelor's degree in accounting required Master's degree highly preferred Ten (10) plus years of experience with a combination of FP&A and strategic finance leadership Expert level Excel user Five (5) plus years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, Oracle BI, Hyperion, OneStream, Etc.
