Make an Impact! The Director of Strategic Financial Modeling & Business Planning plays a critical leadership role in shaping the financial future of the organization. This position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and enhancing complex financial models and business planning processes that support enterprise-wide strategic decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this role leads financial scenario analyses, long-range planning, capital allocation strategies, and profitability initiatives to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. The Director collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to deliver actionable insights, evaluate new business opportunities, and optimize financial performance. This leader will ensure financial models and forecasting tools are accurate, scalable, and aligned with corporate objectives while identifying risks and opportunities across multiple business lines. The role also plays a key part in supporting M&A evaluations, market analyses, and business case development for strategic initiatives.

Position: Director of Strategic Financial Modeling & Business Planning
Shift: Day, Hybrid - In office and work from home

Experience: 
1. 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business planning, or corporate development, preferably in the healthcare industry in addition to at least 3 years in a leadership role supporting ambulatory,
physician or outpatient operations in a healthcare system.
2. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, physician compensation, productivity metrics (wRVUs), and payer mix dynamics.
3. Experience working within or with large, matrixed, integrated healthcare systems, hospitals, or payers is highly desirable.

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting or related field required. Master's degree strongly preferred
