Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this leader will play an integral role in shaping financial strategy, delivering decision-support analysis, and enabling execution of strategic initiatives. The Director will combine technical expertise in financial modeling and systems with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence outcomes at the senior leadership level.** *Key Responsibilities:* · Financial*Planning & Forecasting:*Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decisions, capital investments, and strategic initiatives. · *Performance Analysis:*Deliver actionable insights through financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
