Director, Executive Recruitment & Corporate Talent Acquisition


Job Description:

The Director of Executive Recruitment & Corporate Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of executive search processes, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and potential candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels and functions.Lead and manage the corporate and executive talent acquisition team, ensuring best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly.Develop and implement comprehensive executive search strategies to attract high-performing candidates for senior leadership positions.Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methodsPartner with Compensation to develop recommendations for offers to successful candidates.Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top executive talent.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirementsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, vendors and educational institutions.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.5+ years of recruiting experience for executive level roles.Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is highly desirable.Strong understanding of global talent markets and the ability to develop strategies for different regions.Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).High level of discretion and confidentiality.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
