If so, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Director, Executive Projects to join our team. This unique and pivotal position combines functions typically separated across three roles - Chief of Staff, New Business Leader, and Project Management Lead – into one. In this role you’ll be directly supporting the Executive Office and will be instrumental in enhancing executive effectiveness, driving key initiatives from conception to completion, and ensuring our strategic messages are clear, concise, and impactful. **Responsibilities** + **Communication Hub:** Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing information flow and ensuring timely and effective communication on behalf of the executive. + **Executive Planning:** Plan, organize, and facilitate executive meetings, including developing agendas, preparing pre-read materials, capturing key decisions, and ensuring follow-up on action items. + **Operational Excellence:** Ensure high profile meetings are prepared and delivered without and hiccups. Ensure materials are kept up to date with all feedback and revisions incorporated prior to presentation. + **PowerPoint Storyteller:** Translate complex ideas, strategies, and concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for a variety of audiences. + **End-to-End Project Ownership:** Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables. + **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment, gather information and materials, and drive project success. + **Risk Mitigation:** Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing and implementing mitigation strategies. + **Performance Tracking:** Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of progressive experience in a new business, client leadership or similar roles. + Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate high-level concepts into actionable plans and compelling visuals. + Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the full Office Suite, with a strong portfolio of high-quality presentation examples. + Proven account/project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives. + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. + High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
