Director, Execution Strategy Agile - Eurasia Middle East
**Position Overview:** As the Director, Execution Strategy Agile, you will lead the design of the future RTM & Execution Excellence capabilities for a crucial growth territory of The Coca-Cola Company spanning over 25 developing countries in the Eurasia and Middle East region. Your objective is to design a long-term winning Commercial Excellence RTM strategy and execution capabilities roadmap for the EME Operating Unit, developed together with bottling partners, directly contributing to the topline revenue growth and consumer recruitment Operating Unit targets. This role involves evolving our approach in RTM, Salesforce capabilities, and in-store execution, requiring you to combine future-back strategic thinking with operational implementation and transformation mindset. As part of our Execution Dual Transformation agenda, you will drive the end-to-end design and implementation of mission-critical initiatives such as the digitalization of key RTM processes and enablement of hyper-segmented execution - all while leveraging best practices from FMCGs and other industries, including consultancies **.** You will be a senior member of an agile commercial team, expected to lead the execution thinking and collaborate with a large stakeholder set, including Operating Unit and franchise cross-functional teams, bottling partners, customers, and global teams. Your advanced networking, leadership, and influencing skills will be essential in inspiring these stakeholders. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about developing execution capabilities and strategies, offering a fertile portfolio of brands, customers, countries, and capable system stakeholders to put transformative ideas into practice. **Main responsibilities:** + Execution Long Range Plan for the Operating Unit - identify critical commercial execution capabilities (PICOS, RED, CDE Mgmt., Digital RTM) to build in the next 3 Years + Integrated annual business plans - support franchise organizations and bottling partners in effective integration of critical commercial capabilities into annual business plans + Commercial capability development - in collaboration with bottling partners develop critical commercial executional capabilities to close existing gaps and build continuous growth. + Commercial Governance - improve the quality and coverage of our executional governance mechanism in collaboration with bottling partners and franchise organizations. ​ **Experience** + +10 yr of combined experience in Consultancy, Commercial Strategy and Execution roles in FMCG companies. Demonstrated experience leading Execution/RTM/Digital transformation projects. + Highly developed strategic thinking and business analytics skills, combined with the ability to make complex business concepts understandable and compelling. + Effective communication, with the ability to smoothly collaborate with different system stakeholders. + Strong networking, matrix management and influencing skills + This role requires understanding of vertically integrated FMCG business RTM, sales operations and economics **Skills** Route to Market; Business Analytics; Communication; Leadership; Influencing; Strategic Thinking; Commercial Planning; Commercial Execution Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
