Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. They provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of ERP professionals, ensuring the system meets the organization's business needs and objectives. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and manages the budget and resources for ERP projects. They also stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maximize the value of the ERP system for the organization.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

•    Lead the development and implementation of ERP applications strategy and roadmap
•    Manage and oversee the ERP applications team, including hiring, training, and performance management
•    Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of ERP applications and systems
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements and projects
•    Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP applications
•    Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP applications
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP applications performance and efficiency

Knowledge, Experience and Skills 10+ years of experience in ERP systems and enterprise data management, with leadership experience in cross-functional environments. Bachelors degree required Proven success in leading ERP implementations with a strong focus on data strategy and analytics. Deep understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data technologies (e.g., data lakes, ETL, BI tools). Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, master data management, and data quality practices. Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business process improvements. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills. Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting and resource planning. Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights. Fluent in English and ideally Thai or Mandarin Travel up to 50% globally as needed

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$163,365.00 - $272,275.00
