Director, Enterprise Learning Program Governance

The Director, Program Learning Governance will be responsible for overseeing the governance, reporting, and compliance of enterprise learning programs and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. This role drives consistency, transparency, and accountability across learning initiatives by establishing governance frameworks, managing enterprise-wide learning metrics, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Manage the Global Regulatory Learnings governance agenda by ensuring all processes are documented, appropriate controls are in place and being adhered to, and working with Control Management and other enterprise teams on a regular basis to ensure due diligence + Ensure program compliance based on guidance from groups in the organization that work with regulators including but not limited to risk, compliance, and legal, to lead response, materials creation, and reporting to regulators when required + Ideate new and enhanced methods of mitigating risk within our practices using reporting insights, learnings, and external perspective + Manage end-to-end process governance and reporting related regulatory, risk, and compliance learning, Regulatory Roles Program, and, when required, regulatory responses using insights and analytics thoughtfully + Drive process improvements to enhance program oversight, operational efficiency, and data integrity. + Manage audit and exams from regulators, internal audit, and 2nd line testing functions, including project managing remediation efforts of any findings that may come from those areas. Create ad hoc board and committee presentations and various other types of ad hoc presentations for senior leaders, auditors, and regulators. + Partner with the Control Management team to define and manage controls within the Risk Compliance Self-Assessment (RCSA) program. + Create and maintain ongoing execution of enterprise regulatory, risk, and compliance learning reporting including a variety of reports such as risk performance ratings, board reporting, and other specialized reporting.  Also, responsible for the creation of the data collection and management strategy for these reports. **Qualifications:** + 5 years in data analytics & reporting; prior experience in managing internal & external audits & exams. + Experience with learning management systems (LMS), dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and reporting tools. + Ability to use large amounts of complex data to craft compelling and effective presentations and materials and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages. + Ability to translate highly technical and complex information into easily understandable terms and define, analyze, interpret, and report meaningful results. + Ability to effectively work with colleagues across the company including 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, regulators, and senior leaders across the globe. + Proven ability to proactively identify areas of potential risk and implement processes to control and mitigate that risk. + Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and follow-through skills. + Proven ability to focus on innovation and process improvements. + Proven ability to drive teams toward high productivity and sustained performance. + Adapts well to and initiates change in the organization. + Strong written and oral communication skills; good presentation skills with the ability to influence business leaders and partners and understand and communicate linkages across initiatives and disciplines. + Undergraduate degree preferred.  Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Risk Management a plus **Qualifications** Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
