The Enterprise Applications Director is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems that support manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, quality, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring the delivery of technology capabilities that drive business growth.

This position reports to the CIO and is part of the IT function located in Torrance, CA and will be will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Contribute to the overall strategy and technology direction of Enterprise Applications with a focus on technology choices and IT projects that will help deliver the future of Phenomenex.

Partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, commercial, and finance leaders to deliver technology solutions that drive operational excellence, compliance, and competitive differentiation.

Develop and manage global technology teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Develop, maintain and deploy a 5-year Enterprise Applications roadmap that balances modernizing the core as well as re-imagining the future, with the right-sized foundation of security, compliance and governance.

Lead digital transformation initiatives, such as system consolidations, cloud migrations, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.

Ensure compliance with security, data privacy and regulatory requirements including Sarbanes Oxley, PCI and other regulations as relevant, help manage the Enterprise Risk Management, and Business continuity plans.

Drive execution through effective deployment of Danaher Business Systems.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Degree/diploma in a technical or business-related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Sciences, Business Administration, or Economics

10 or more years of relevant work experience in progressive leadership positions, with 5+ years in managing application support or business system solution services globally.

5+ years of people management experience, including hiring, performance management and career development.

Experience with Software Development Methodologies including Change Control, Development, QA, and deployment.

Ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel - 30%, overnight, within US and Internationally.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·       Use of Artificial Intelligence in designing and developing enterprise solutions

·       Knowledge of standard manufacturing and order to cash processes

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.#LI-Remote
