**Director, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion \(Corporate & Stores\)**
**About this opportunity\.\.\.**
Ross is seeking a strategic and collaborative DE&I Director to lead initiatives across our Corporate and Store teams\. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, and senior leaders to embed our DE&I vision into recruitment, retention, development, and engagement strategies\.
Reporting to the Group Vice President of DE&I and managing one direct report, the Director will also support DE&I Champions and CommUnity Network leaders\. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in DE&I best practices, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence, prioritize, and drive organizational change\.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 \- $200,000\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\.
**What you will do\.\.\.**
+ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute DE&I strategies tailored to Corporate and Store environments, grounded in a deep understanding of the business and DE&I best practices\. Provide high\-level thought leadership to DE&I Councils, senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence \(COEs\)\.
+ Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with business leaders and HR COEs to design and implement business unit\-specific DE&I strategies that drive measurable impact\.
+ Cross\-Functional Influence: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, CSR, Talent Development, and other stakeholders to proactively identify and solve complex DE&I challenges\. Act as a strategic thought partner to embed practices across the organization\.
+ Community Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to DE&I Champions, CommUnity Network Sponsors and Leaders, and Council members\. Guide organizational design \(e\.g\., committees\), event planning, and alignment with company policies\. Oversee related budgets as needed\.
+ Data\-Driven Impact: Lead the development of success metrics and support DE&I data reporting and analytics\. Use data insights to proactively inform and strengthen DE&I strategies\.
**What you need to be successful\.\.\.**
+ Proven experience in leading DEI initiatives and strategies within a corporate environment\. Excellent command of current DE&I best practices and concepts
+ Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence at all levels of the organization\.
+ Successful record of leadership and experience in advancing DE&I within a complex organization\.
+ Excellent communication, project management, facilitation, and leadership skills\.
+ Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies\.
+ Experience working with cross\-functional teams and managing/prioritizing complex projects\.
+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred\.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in DEI, HR, or related disciplines\.
+ Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster inclusive environments\.
