As **Director, Digital Sales** , you will set the strategy and drive execution across our digital sales channels – with responsibility for all Climate Solutions e-commerce & digital sales platforms, Amazon and enabling **wholesalers ecommerce platforms** . This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a global, matrix-driven organization. For this position 2-3 day in Nordborg peer week is expected. **What You’ll Be Doing** In this position, you will play a key role in driving growth and digital transformation within Danfoss Climate Solutions. You will + **Develop and implement the digital sales strategy** across wholesale, eCommerce, EDI, Autonomous Commerce (AI), and Amazon to strengthen customer engagement and business growth. + **Lead and inspire an international team of digital specialists** focused on online acquisition, conversion, and customer experience. + **Engage directly with wholesale partners** to design solutions that make it easier, faster, and more valuable to do business with Danfoss. + **Drive performance on eCommerce platforms and Amazon** , ensuring product visibility, conversion optimization, and commercial impact. + **Collaborate across a complex matrix organization** , aligning with sales, marketing, IT, and product teams to secure executional excellence. + Own key digital tools and platforms such as the Climate Solutions Product Store, Design Center, EDI, Autonomous Commerce, Selectors and related partner interfaces. + Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and continuously improve KPIs. **What We're Looking For** We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational execution.
