Do you want to shape the future of how Danfoss engages with customers digitally?

As Director, Digital Sales, you will set the strategy and drive execution across our digital sales channels – with responsibility for all Climate Solutions e-commerce & digital sales platforms, Amazon and enabling wholesalers ecommerce platforms. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a global, matrix-driven organization.

 

For this position 2-3 day in Nordborg peer week is expected. 

What You’ll Be Doing

In this position, you will play a key role in driving growth and digital transformation within Danfoss Climate Solutions. You will

 

Develop and implement the digital sales strategy across wholesale, eCommerce, EDI, Autonomous Commerce (AI), and Amazon to strengthen customer engagement and business growth. Lead and inspire an international team of digital specialists focused on online acquisition, conversion, and customer experience. Engage directly with wholesale partners to design solutions that make it easier, faster, and more valuable to do business with Danfoss. Drive performance on eCommerce platforms and Amazon, ensuring product visibility, conversion optimization, and commercial impact. Collaborate across a complex matrix organization, aligning with sales, marketing, IT, and product teams to secure executional excellence. Own key digital tools and platforms such as the Climate Solutions Product Store, Design Center, EDI, Autonomous Commerce, Selectors and related partner interfaces. Translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and continuously improve KPIs. What We're Looking For

We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with operational execution. You bring

 

Proven experience in digital sales and eCommerce, ideally in a B2B or wholesale-driven business. A track record of leading teams in a matrix organization, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities. Strong knowledge of customer journeys and digital commerce best practices (e.g., CRO, UX, analytics). Commercial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions that improve performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire both your team and senior stakeholders. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
