**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
As the Director of Data Product Training at Epsilon Data, you will be at the helm of developing and executing comprehensive training strategies that elevate the skills of our clients and internal teams. You will play a critical role in shaping our product training methodologies, fostering innovation, and driving the adoption of our data solutions across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and a passion for educating others.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Design and develop engaging training programs and materials, including manuals, videos, and online modules, tailored to a variety of learning styles and skill levels.
+ Deliver training sessions onsite and remotely, ensuring a thorough understanding of Epsilon's data products.
+ Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on the latest features and trends in data solutions.
+ Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and technological advancements.
+ Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed, ensuring continuous skill development and product usage.
+ Maintain Epicenter and Allego training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
+ Conduct training needs assessments and customize sessions based on vertical requirements.
+ Be a subject matter expert on Epsilon's data products, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
+ Assistance with new hire training specific to expanding product knowledge.
**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor’s degree in data science, education, business, or a related field
+ Extensive experience (10+ years) with a focus on data analytics or technology solutions.
+ Deep understanding of all Epsilon data solutions
+ Proven track record of developing and executing short-term and long-term goals that impact business success and client satisfaction.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience conveying complex information in an accessible manner.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple engagements simultaneously.

Base Salary: $122,250 - $203,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
