What you’ll do:
Analyze macro trends and conduct custom research (attitude & usage studies, brand tracking, behavioral data)Identify and validate data sources to meet business requirementsDevelop and implement data quality management strategiesCreate compelling data visualizations and present insights to stakeholdersMentor junior associates and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive actionable insightsWhat you’ll bring:
Expertise in market research, advanced analytics, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, governance, and industry best practicesLeadership experience, including building and developing teamsAbility to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate findings to diverse audiencesExperience with analytics, ML/DS principles, and developing functional roadmapsThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
