Our team operates at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, supporting domains such as product, finance, and marketing across the globe. We identify, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions, ensuring data quality and compliance. Your leadership will directly influence business outcomes, support customer offices worldwide, and drive Walmart’s mission through data-driven solutions.

What you’ll do:

Analyze macro trends and conduct custom research (attitude & usage studies, brand tracking, behavioral data)Identify and validate data sources to meet business requirementsDevelop and implement data quality management strategiesCreate compelling data visualizations and present insights to stakeholdersMentor junior associates and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive actionable insights

What you’ll bring:

Expertise in market research, advanced analytics, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, governance, and industry best practicesLeadership experience, including building and developing teamsAbility to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate findings to diverse audiencesExperience with analytics, ML/DS principles, and developing functional roadmaps

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
