Position Overview

As the Director, Certifications and Curriculum Content at Autodesk, you will lead the development and management of Autodesk content and certification programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that Autodesk’s educational offerings meet the highest standards and effectively address the needs of students and customers. You will work closely with teams across Worldwide Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align educational content with product updates and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum content and certification programs for education and commercial customers. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational and certification programs

Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to align educational content with product features and customer needs

Manage the creation and maintenance of educational materials including courses, tutorials, and certification exams

Manage and motivate multiple high performing teams while directing work through Senior Managers and Managers

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals

Manage the certification program including the development of certification exams and the issuance of certifications

Minimum Qualifications

Proven ability to hire, lead, and inspire multiple high-performing teams with the ability to foster a positive and engaging culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth

In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry or with enterprise software products

Proven experience in developing, managing, and implementing certification programs and processes

Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate and present to senior stakeholders

Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple different departments

Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $171,800 and $277,970. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
