Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly strategic strategic, results-oriented Senior Program Lead / Senior Account Director to drive the global orchestration and delivery of integrated brand and marketing initiatives across all consumer-facing touchpoints for EMEA. This senior-level role operates at the intersection of brand strategy, digital innovation, and creative execution, ensuring that our global campaigns are insight-led, tech-enabled, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and implement overall business or technical strategies for content creation that align with organizational goals.Oversee content strategy, editorial, and content management across teamsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and drive alignmentImplement and promote content best practices, including frameworks and style guidesConduct content research and integrate insights into strategies and storytellingEstablish and oversee processes for content distribution and management to enhance audience engagement.Mentor and guide senior team members in best practices for content strategy and digital marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

As a cross-functional leader, you will manage high-visibility, complex marketing programs from concept to launch—partnering closely with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, cross-disciplinary creative teams and external agency partners. Your ability to navigate between big-picture thinking and operational precision will be critical to delivering multi-channel campaigns that resonate, perform, and scale across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the strategic development and day-to-day management of integrated advertising campaigns and marketing programs in EMEA from inception through delivery. Align with project managers to oversee with a discerning eye for design quality timelines and budgets.

Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, leadership and external agency partners for ATL and BTL work.

Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and creative briefs, aligning program execution with brand and performance objectives.

Partner closely with creative teams to guide campaign development, ensuring work meets strategic goals and brand standards and creative integrity to produce high level creative work for the brand.

Lead and grow a team of program managers and creative project managers to contribute to building scalable processes and best practices within the team.

Manage relationships with external agencies and production partners in support of campaign execution.

Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in account management, program management, and brand marketing—preferably within a creative agency or a brand environment in the EMEA market

Proven track record of leading large-scale advertising and brand programs across digital, social, video, and traditional media.

Deep understanding of creative workflows and marketing campaign lifecycles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, environment.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including media, data/analytics, creative, and production while working in-house at a high-growth brand or Fortune 500 company a plus.

Background in a consumer-facing industry such as tech, retail, CPG, or lifestyle.
