Sodexo is hiring a Director of Contract Compliance to join our dynamic Supply Management team. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring vendor alignment with company policies and compliance standards. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
This is a remote position. Candidates may reside anywhere within the United States.
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
Vendor Exception Management
Evaluate and process exception requests for existing vendors, including policy deviations and contract compliance issues.Assess potential risks and impacts associated with exceptions.Maintain thorough documentation of decisions and supporting rationale.New Vendor Onboarding
Review and validate new vendor requests to ensure alignment with verified business needs and compliance requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Category Managers—to secure necessary approvals.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external requestors.Provide clear guidance on vendor business requirements and exception processes.Proactively escalate issues or risks to leadership when appropriate.
