As the Director, Commercial Strategy and Planning, you will define and lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on accelerating growth, deepening customer engagement, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for shaping strategic priorities, executing complex programs, and influencing key stakeholders across functions and regions.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Strategic Leadership
Shape and support the development of long-term commercial and customer strategies that drive sustainable business growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market efforts with evolving customer needs and industry trendsLead the creation of effective business models, value propositions, and customer engagement strategies across regions and segmentsSupport capability building across key commercial areas such as sales enablement, customer insights, CRM, and performance analyticsDevelop strategic plans and investment priorities that strengthen the company’s competitive position and deliver meaningful impact2. Program Design & Delivery
Lead high-impact, cross-functional transformation programs from ideation to implementationEnsure timely delivery of programs with measurable business value and customer impactEstablish program governance frameworks, KPIs, and delivery milestones that drive accountability and visibilityContinuously identify and remove barriers to execution, leveraging agile methods to adapt as needed3. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the central point of coordination between executive leadership and regional/functional teams to align resources and transformation prioritiesInfluence and guide internal stakeholders—including Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales—toward a unified customer-focused growth strategyDrive change management efforts to ensure lasting adoption of new processes, systems, and capabilities4. Commercial Impact & Continuous Improvement
Track and report program outcomes and performance against strategic and commercial goalsLeverage customer insights and market intelligence to inform continuous improvement and innovationMonitor competitive dynamics and industry trends to anticipate opportunities and risksWhat we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, business transformation, or enterprise program leadershipProven track record of designing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impactStrong experience working in cross-functional environments with diverse regional and functional stakeholdersFamiliarity with modern sales, marketing, and customer engagement tools and practicesAbility to develop business cases, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with executive-level audiencesVisionary and strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to executionExceptional communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholdersStrong program and change management expertise in complex, matrixed organizationsPassion for elevating the end-to-end customer experience and driving measurable valueAnalytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and executionAgile mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and leading transformation in dynamic environmentsDesirable Experience
