In Asia Pacific (AP), VCA has two types of teams – (1) Geo team, focused on serving the accounts in their geography and (2) Practice Area teams, focused on providing and deepening expertise in functional topics such as risk, digital, corporate banking, AI, etc.

Projects you will be a part of
As a Director in the CMS Practice, you will contribute to a dynamic mix of regional initiatives and client-facing engagements across Asia Pacific. This role offers a balanced focus between developing scalable solutions and thought leadership at the regional level, and leading or supporting strategic consulting projects in the markets.
You will play a key role in shaping Visa’s Commercial Solutions consulting offerings across Asia Pacific. This includes designing reusable assets and solution playbooks that address common client challenges, developing thought leadership content such as industry evaluations and strategic frameworks, and supporting market teams with capability building and go-to-market strategies. In this regional capacity, you will also serve as a subject matter expert, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and guiding internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across markets.Project Leadership & Delivery
You will lead or support strategic consulting engagements that address high-impact opportunities in commercial payments across Asia Pacific. These include helping clients optimize their SMB portfolios by leveraging Visa’s data and insights to drive growth and improve customer engagement, enabling the expansion of Lower Middle Market (LMM) segments through direct-to-corporate sales strategies and tailored go-to-market approaches, and identifying and activating new verticals to unlock B2B payment flows. These projects typically span several months and require close collaboration with data science teams, market consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure recommendations are both actionable and transformative.Business Development
You’ll contribute to proposal development, guide clients through the sales process, and work with market VCA teams and account teams to identify and shape new consulting opportunities.
