Summary of Role:
The Director of Commercial Governance and Transformation will lead multiple strategic workstreams across the Market-to-Contract (M2C) value stream, with a primary focus on order management, quoting, and contract management. This role will drive the establishment and execution of commercial master data governance initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across systems and processes. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, the Director will operationalize the company’s commercial playbook, centralize commercial analytics for improved visibility and decision-making, and spearhead AI pilot implementations to enhance efficiency and insight generation. This leader will play a critical role in enabling transformation, improving process discipline, and delivering measurable business impact across the commercial organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

Drive process automation and system enhancements to streamline sales fulfillment and revenue operations.Enforce standardized processes across teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business workflows and drive digital transformation.Customize and configure sales, analytics, and fulfillment systems to meet business needs.Continuously gather feedback from end-users to enhance system usability and functionality.Ensure integration between CRM, ERP, CPQ and revenue management tools to enable a seamless data flow.Lead the analysis of key sales and fulfillment processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and automation.Establish and enforce data quality standards, governance policies, and compliance frameworks.Ensure data handling and storage meet regulatory and industry compliance requirementsAct as the gatekeeper for data integrity, ensuring consistency in reporting and decision-making.Quote Execution & Deal Desk: Managing quote turnaround and cross-functional coordination + Approving non-standard deals and enforcing pricing policiesDigitization of sales contracts, NDAs (inc. Partnering on AI applications where applicable), driving terms standardization Booking & Order Interface: Ensuring proper quoting process flows with an interface into Order to Cash value stream.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.Other duties as assigned by manager.
 

Required Qualifications:

Education – BA in computer science, information technology, or related field10+ years of experience in sales operations, business process digitization, or IT governance, preferably within semiconductor, manufacturing, sales, or B2B technology industries.Strong expertise in CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).Experience leading large-scale system implementations and process automation initiatives.Deep understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and security best practices.Proven ability to align business needs with technology solutions, driving digital transformation.Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.Travel - Up to 30%Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Expected Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $267,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
