As a Director, Commercial Automation, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's \"commercial engine\" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the RM Product Innovation team, reporting to the Senior Director, RM Product Innovation, you will drive efficiencies and improve commercial performance through the implementation and management of automated processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nMonitor the performance of automated systems, make necessary adjustments, and provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.\nPrepare professional presentations and deliverables, establish objective metrics and reporting, manage budgets, and develop business cases to justify investments and demonstrate value for Hilton.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollaborate to identify and prioritize new products and features. Help shape the long-term vision and roadmap while balancing immediate needs. Understand and address automation needs by consulting with stakeholders and translating these needs into technical requirements.\nFacilitate relationships with vendors and partners, negotiate contracts, create standards, and work within the Hilton RFP process to assess, recommend, and certify new systems, vendors, and tools.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nOversee the implementation automation capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across commercial business processes.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\n\nTen (10) years of professional experience\nSeven (7) years of experience with automation/process improvement, deploying products/services or product management\nFive (5) years of project management related experience in large matrixed organization\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
