Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Clinical and Development Officer, the Director of Clinical Support will spearhead initiatives and programs that support the clinical excellence and performance of the ClearChoice Network. The Director of Clinical Support will create and execute impactful strategies and systems to empower clinical staff to help centers flourish. This role will oversee clinical staff onboarding and training, as well as manage traveling clinical support and prosthodontic programs to a network of over 105 centers nationwide. Leading a team of (4), the Director of Clinical Support will have a pivotal role in driving adoption of clinical initiatives and best practices across the Network.
Essential Responsibilities:
Leadership
Manage and develop a high performing team of (3) Clinical Support Specialists and (1) Technology Integration & Training Manager.
Indirect oversight of a team of approximately 10+ traveling prosthodontists.
Provide 1:1 coaching and team training.
Clinical Staff Development
Improve and execute the network Clinical Staff Onboarding Plan to ensure clinical teams acquire and embrace necessary tools, knowledge, skills, and behaviors to become successful in their centers.
In partnership with cross-functional corporate teams, create a support system to follow up on the key outcomes desired from staff onboarding and training programs.
In partnership with center owners and field leadership, help guide clinical staff development and retention strategies.
Center Support
Supporting Adoption of Network Initiatives such as the expansion of services (i.e. implant dentures, hygiene), digital workflow adoption, and decreasing days to final and days to surgery.
Deploy traveling Clinical Support Specialists as needed to support training needs or interventions necessary to provide the highest level of patient care.
Deploy traveling Prosthodontists as needed to support vacancies or interventions necessary to provide the highest level of patient care.
Continue to develop and enhance programs and/or initiatives for clinical staff that will support continued improvement across clinical and operational KPIs and goals.
Facilitate the adoption of best practices and behaviors.

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive clinical and operational experience.
Proven strength in assessing and leading staff development and performance. Ability to identify issues and opportunities, solutions, provide strategic recommendations, and drive execution.
Onboarding, training experience for clinical and field leaderships, proven track record of results.
Strategic thinker with experience building strong systems and processes and precision in execution.
Proven track record managing people to achieve their highest potential.

Former clinical leadership experience is required, ClearChoice experience, highly preferred.
Base Pay Range: $160,000-217,000 annually, plus discretionary performance-based bonus (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
