The Clinical Program Director directs the overall clinical strategy, portfolio of clinical solutions, outcomes and tracking for specified clinical program and manages leaders of clinical programs. This includes trend management, key capabilities, specialty programs including client relationships to both internal and external stakeholders.  This position will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with its mission and values.  This role will also support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients.

Identify and communicate risks and opportunities and generate plans to address eachDevelop, analyze, and communicate business models to guide business decisions, promoting data-driven strategic changeBuild out and subsequently manage strategic and enterprise planning team daily and lead enterprise-wide strategy meetingsLead strategic and enterprise planning, and set and advocate for internal and external goalsDefine, track, and communicate metrics around new initiatives, comparing to previous outcomesProven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into critical insights, observations or trends and translate them into strategic recommendationsAbility to project manage and streamline communication across multidisciplinary teams both large and small

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

Overview: Leads Formulary management for medications and related quality outcomes for medications at DVA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Formulary strategy and align team to execute (via Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee)Develop and refine metrics related to lane and monitor's progressLeading a team of Clinical and operational professionalsParter with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support enterprise-wide objectives.The ideal candidate will be a versatile leader who possesses strong, strategic thinking, effective storytelling/ presentation, and team collaboration skills

Required Competencies  

Bachelor's degree is requiredClinical background (RN, NP, or Pharmacist) Critical thinking and strategic synthesisAbility to analyze data with action planning skills to adjust approach based on what is seenCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementExceptional communication skills and an enterprise-wide perspectiveExperience in leading and directing various teamsKnowledge and experience with suite of Microsoft office applicationsPresentation and public speaking experience

Salary/ Wage Range

$110,100.00 - $161,700.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. • New York Exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year • Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: • New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour • Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour • Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: • Bellingham: $17.66/hour • Burien: $21.16/hour • Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour • Renton: $20.90/hour • Seattle: $20.76/hour • Tukwila: $21.10/hour • Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
