Job Summary: The Director of Client Solutions & Strategic Partnerships is a leader responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and strategic direction of the firm’s asset management platforms. Serving at the intersection of sales, consulting, and product strategy, this role acts as a key liaison between financial professionals, internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure the delivery of innovative, market-leading solutions. The Director provides subject matter expertise, oversees platform operations, and builds strong relationships with financial professionals to align product development with client needs and business goals. This role leads strategic partnerships, including oversight of Wealthport and other third-party management relationships, and spearheads collaboration with technology providers to translate Financial Professional feedback into actionable platform enhancements. The Director serves as a company spokesperson for product positioning, conducts ongoing market research to identify opportunities, and champions initiatives that enhance competitiveness and profitability. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of asset management solutions, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic financial services environment. Essential Duties What You’ll Do: Lead strategic partnerships, including oversight of third-party management relationships Spearhead collaboration with technology providers to translate Financial Professional feedback into actionable platform enhancements. Serves as a company spokesperson for product positioning, conducts ongoing market research to identify opportunities, and champions initiatives that enhance competitiveness and profitability. Serve as knowledge leader using product expertise to lead the development and implementation of product marketing plans and goals of financial professionals Be a subject matter expert for the growth and adoption of our asset management platforms Spearhead operational tasks associated with ongoing maintenance and running our asset management platforms Build relationships with our financial professionals and leverage their feedback to guide development of the platform. Act as spokesperson for the company where product expertise and positioning is required to recommend and initiate product and program development while meeting profitability and growth objectives Perform continual market research to establish and maintain differentiation of approved products and identify new market opportunities Manage expenses for department travel and adhere to department and company budgetary guidelines Participate in and present during the company’s various conferences and meetings Interface collaboratively both within the company, as well as with alliance partners Education & Experience The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced experience in asset management platforms, relationship managment and sales; within the financial industry. Certificates & Licenses This role requires the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses. We are open to considering this role at a more senior level depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation: $90,000-$115,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
