<役割>

クライアント・サービスディレクターはカンターのグローバル規模のリサーチプロジェクトのマネジメントを通じて、顧客満足度を高める重要な役割を担います。この職務はクライアントとのやり取りが多く、クライアントのニーズを理解し、効果的に関係者と連携する能力が求められるため、堪能な英語と日本語力が求められます。ディレクターはグローバル・デリバリー・センター(GDC)、センター・オブ・エキスパート(CoE)ほか、様々な社内ステークホルダーと密接に連携し、インパクトのあるインサイトを提供します。この職務はカンターがクライアントに対して高品質なサービスを提供し続ける上で極めて重要です。

仕事の目標 グローバル規模のリサーチプロジェクトを管理し、タイムリーにクライアントへインサイトを提供するGDC、CoE、その他のチームと協力し、それぞれの能力を活用、統合する顧客のビジネス上の疑問点を理解し、対話する効果的な調査の作成と報告を行う顧客ニーズが満たされていることを確認し、調査結果を正確に報告するリサーチ、コミュニケーション、プロジェクト・マネジメントにおいて幅広いスキルを活用するリサーチデザインを評価するためのケーススタディを準備し、発表する

About The Role

The Director, Client Services (MCP) in the Insights division is a pivotal role responsible for managing multi-country projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting to the MD, this role involves significant client interaction, requiring proficiency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate and understand client needs. The Director will work closely with various stakeholders, including Global Delivery Centres (GDCs), Centres of Expertise (CoE) and other teams, to leverage their capabilities and deliver impactful insights. The role is crucial in driving client delivery and maintaining high standards of service.Job Goals Manage multi-country projects and ensure timely delivery of insights.Collaborate with GDCs, CoE, and other teams to leverage and integrate their capabilities.Understand and converse with clients to address their business questions.Work with Kantar assets to craft and report studies effectively.Ensure client needs are met and report findings accurately.Demonstrate versatility in research, communication, and project management.Prepare and present case studies to evaluate research designs.

Ideal Skills and Capabilities

Bilingual in English and Japanese to manage client interactions effectively.Strong negotiation skills to handle multi-country projects.Ability to collaborate with various teams and collaborators.Versatility in research, communication, and project management.Experience in crafting and reporting studies using Kantar assets.
