Job Description:

This role is to lead the client management team of Wealth & Pensions. The team head of the client management team is responsible for leading the team to ensure excellent service delivery to VIP MPF corporate clients. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships, overseeing service quality, and handling complex queries. The role includes business targets to retain and even grow the client base, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the team head is tasked with developing team members, analyzing client data for insights, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives. Leadership, client management, and strategic thinking are key skills for this role.

The role is also expected to form effective communication channels with the W&P senior management team, and establish close interaction with internal business functions such as business development, business finance, product proposition, operations, administration & external vendors etc.

Job description

Lead and oversee the client management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to VIP MPF corporate clients.Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP MPF corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues and complex queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Achieve retention targets for the divisionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the corporate client portfolio.Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for increasing lifetime value of the existing clients.Ensure all client interactions and services comply with local regulations and industry standards.Keep up to date with changes in pension regulations and policies.Analyze client data and prepare reports to provide insights into the performance of pension schemes.Use feedback and data analysis to drive improvements in service delivery.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide opportunities for training and growth.Participate in strategic planning sessions to align the team’s objectives with company goals.Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for client retention and satisfaction.

Preferred skills

Solid working knowledge of MPF and understand of current market situation.Extensive experience of client management, especially facing corporate clients.Strong skills in negotiations, relationship building, communication and execution.Execellent presentation skillAbility to make recommendation for business initiatives based on thorough understanding of clients and channels.Aggressive to achieve business targets.Strong ability to lead change and work under pressure.Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.Good spoken and written English and Chinese.Use of computer softwares incl. words, excel and powerpoint.

Qualifications

University Degree, Major in marketing / Business Admin preferred.At least 15 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role
