**What you’ll be doing**
As an integral member of CIBC’s Savings, Investing and Advice Team, reporting to the Senior Director, Client Advice and Engagement, the Director, Client Advice will be responsible for designing and delivering market leading client and brand experiences for clients holding Savings and Investing Plans and Products. The Director is accountable for the planning, development and execution of tailored, direct-to-client advice strategies and tactics for Savings and Investing clients though their advice journey life cycles to enable profitable long-term client relationships. The Director will use their strong analytical & creative skills to identify opportunities, build partnerships across the organization, and have a deep understanding of the savings and investing portfolios.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Strategy and planning** – Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to enhance client advice offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. Design and deliver direct-to-client communication and engagement strategies that provide both broad and tailored advice for clients to manage their savings and investments in different life stages and for different client segments. Contribute to long-term Advice and Engagement strategy and journey maps in collaboration with the Senior Director and other business leaders. Leverage data and insights to understand advice trends and client needs and identify specific areas of opportunities to create deep client relationships, build a trusted partnership, and enable long term profitability. Play a leading role in ideating and conceptualizing initiatives within CIBC’s advice ecosystem, securing partner buy in, and delivering compelling communications and tactics. Develop forward looking annual and multi-year plans and roadmaps to help meet business objectives. Conduct regular environment scans to keep abreast of internal and competitive advice offerings and help shape CIBC strategy.
+ **Stakeholder management** - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives. Act as a lead effectively communicate insights, managing expectations, and driving consensus across cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Take a leadership role in creating materials for various Management Committee / Executive Steerco meetings, prepare materials for reporting on Advice and Engagement progress, lead presentations during various Executive updates and successfully manage expectations with Executives and Senior audiences.
+ **Cross functional collaboration -** Build Partnerships and collaborate with key partners, product owners, advice experts, frontline, segments, and financial services agencies, to consult, leverage, and create new client centric savings and investing advice content for mass audiences based on client goals and needs. Engage with Digital, Marketing, Channels, Comms leads, Product Delivery, Analytics, Data, Technology, and Platform owners to assess and deliver new engagement features and programs for saving and investing clients (including maximizing new CRTeX/AJO capabilities.
+ **Leveraging analytics for strategy development:** Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities that enhance client advice offerings and drive business growth. Translate complex data into actionable strategies, enabling personalized client solutions and informed decision-making to strengthen relationships and achieve strategic objectives in Personal Deposits and Personal & Business Banking.
**Who you are**
+ **You have extensive 6 to 8 years of work experience** in Product Management within Financial Services and Investing, leading strategy, strategic planning, and partnerships sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives. You can demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, and financial acumen.
