About the Role:
The Director, Channel Marketing Programs will lead the development and execution of scalable, high-impact channel marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and education across our global partner ecosystem. This person will be responsible for building the strategy, vision, and roadmap for global partner programs that support business growth and partner success.
In this role, they will lead a team and provide strategic direction for the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual partner events, as well as global channel marketing programs that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned to key business priorities—including product launches, campaigns, partner enablement, and demand generation. They will collaborate with the Channel Marketing Content Manager to align on partner-focused content that supports global initiatives and ensures consistency across regions.
They will work closely with regional marketing teams, channel sales, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for global channel marketing programs that support key business priorities, including product launches, partner enablement, demand generation, and awareness.Lead and mentor a team to design and execute high-impact, scalable, and repeatable partner marketing programs—including in-person and virtual events such as Executive Partner Forums, Partner Connects, webinars, and training seriesBuild and manage an annual global partner event calendar aligned with regional priorities and partner engagement goalsOversee the development of partner (reseller) facing marketing content, such as playbooks, and reseller campaign kits that support program execution and ensure global consistencyCollaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, global communications, and partner enablement to ensure alignment and maximize impactEstablish repeatable processes, shared infrastructure, and global best practices to scale programs across the partner ecosystemEnsure all programs and content are measurable, results-driven, and tied to business outcomes including partner engagement, education, and pipeline influenceAnalyze program performance, deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, and continuously optimize for greater impactOwn and manage the budget, ensuring strategic investment and ROI trackingMinimum Requirements:
15+ years of experience in channel marketing or partner programs, ideally within the B2B technology or cybersecurity space.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration across global regions and cross-functional stakeholders.Proven track record of developing and executing a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable partner marketing programs and events.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.Strategic and forward-thinking mindset combined with a bias for action and strong executional discipline.Proficiency in key marketing and collaboration platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, Asana).Comfortable working across time zones and open to occasional international travel.#LI-Remote

Total Target Cash (TTC): 172,438.00 - 232,547.00 - 290,748.00 USD AnnualThis reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
