Job Description

*This role will be Hybrid in North Chicago, IL*

Supports the development of the MHI-wide Change Management capability across MHI including all Therapeutic Areas and US and International Business Units,  contributing to the foundational build of MHI Change Strategies.Builds relationships with MHI Leaders, their teams, and other critical partners to understand and assess change management needs, ensuring integrated solutions and best practices that ensure adoption of operating model standards, drive development of operating efficiencies, and enhance continuous learning.Creates and executes a pragmatic change management methodology to develop detailed change management plans and ensure intended results are achieved, including risk analysis, organizational alignment, stakeholder management, cultural assessments, education, training, and measurement to ensure the ongoing success of the global MHI business model and desired change-readiness attributes.Leads and manages high-impact, complex, MHI-wide change management programs by collaborating closely with project teams to execute change management plans, focusing on practical implementation and day-to-day management of change efforts that ultimately increase benefit realization.Works with Communication and Training teams to develop and integrate detailed communication plans across multiple audiences, including strategy, stakeholder analysis, integration alignment, messages, and timing, to facilitate a seamless transition to new ways of working.Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions aimed at facilitating hands-on change management efforts, directly engaging with employees across different levels and functions.Owns change management metrics; identifies measures that assess the effectiveness of training and change management initiatives and illustrate the impact on the business, identifies and addresses resistance and performance gaps, and develops and implements corrective actions and solutions. Proactively communicates these metrics.Leverages and manages a blend of internal, contractor and outsourced resources to scale appropriately in accordance with demand and project timelines and to ensure critical business needs are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business or scientific field required.  Advanced degree or extensive experience in commercial/customer excellence, organizational effectiveness / change management, and/or operations is highly desirable.12 + years of training, communications, and change management experience.Ability to forge relationships and influence people at all levels of the organization.Keen understanding of how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, as well as the ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutionsExperience in leading in a multi-task environment as well as in a virtual and matrix organization.Demonstrated ability to set and execute on strategies with global, cross-functional, and departmental impact.Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and translate a strategy to an innovative and implementable plan.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
