Director, Cardiac Diagnostics (RN)
Job Summary:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated and dynamic Director, Cardiac Diagnostics to lead and manage all departmental operations, including invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures and cardiology medical imaging services, in alignment with the organization s mission, vision, and strategic goals. The Director is responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective systems that support departmental operations, with a keen focus on industry trends, resource optimization, and evolving customer needs. This role fosters and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors. The Director proactively identifies operational challenges and drives continuous performance improvement initiatives, enhancing both operational efficiency and clinical standards of care. This position collaborates closely with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services, with ongoing monitoring and advancement of quality metrics. Continuous improvement is achieved through strategic analysis of customer satisfaction data, active employee engagement, and a steadfast commitment to service excellence.

BSN requiredMasters degree in a related field required (e.g. Healthcare Administration) Minimum three (3) years relevant clinical experience with cardiac population requiredMinimum two (2) years in cardiovascular leadership requiredCertifications and Licenses Required:
