As a Director of Business Partnerships on our Stand Together Business Initiatives (STBI) team, you will help build and scale a business movement around talent transformation, workplace dignity, and the American identity of self-actualization through work. You'll work with C-suite leaders, national trade groups, and early-adopter companies across sectors to shift how employers think about talent, purpose, and culture.
How You Will ContributeKnow how to build trust and alignment with corporate leaders (CHROs, COOs, VPs of Talent/Business Ops)Create value-aligned business partnershipsAdvance core campaigns such as Future of Work and America 250Identify and partner with companies to elevate stories of innovation, co-create new workforce solutions, and expand adoption across industries Work across Stand Together's philanthropic, investment, and policy capabilities to design bespoke partnershipsContribute to building the Human Potential Network What You Will Bring7-12 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic stakeholder engagementExperience with Fortune 500 companies, business trade associations, or innovation-focused firms preferredStrong written communication and synthesis skills Experience navigating large organizations, trade groups, or mission-aligned business coalitions Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding , which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respectWhat We Offer Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.
