Director, Business Operations, RL Devices
**Summary:** We're seeking a leader to drive business operations and partner with organizational leaders to help them grow, scale, and run the business effectively. This role will involve managing strategic initiatives, establishing objectives and key results, and driving process improvements to enable innovation and execution at speed. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across multiple functions, including finance, HR, legal, and product teams, to drive business success and achieve organizational goals. **Required Skills:** Director, Business Operations, RL Devices Responsibilities: 1. Build and optimize systems, processes, and tools to improve organizational efficiency 2. Develop and manage strategic plans, objectives, and key results 3. Lead multiple projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders 4. Drive special projects, including organizational transformation and process improvement 5. Provide program management support, including project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication 6. Prioritize competing needs and develop viable solutions across multiple teams and projects 7. Develop and manage organization-wide communication and business updates 8. Attract, build, and develop a talented team of professionals 9. Ensure team effectiveness, health, and success through clear expectations and impactful goals **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 10. 12+ years of experience in business operations, project management, product strategy, management consulting, financial management or related fields 11. Proven track-record of planning, organizing, and executing strategic projects that deliver results 12. Experience with analyzing and solving complex problems, providing business insights and recommendations derived from complex data sets 13. Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, navigating ambiguity, and adjusting to shifting priorities 14. Experience with building relationships and influencing members of the leadership team 15. Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion 16. Experience with developing and managing communications including business updates for internal and external engagements 17.
