PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $140,500 – $176,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytical needs, identify business opportunities, and deliver data-driven solutions that support revenue growth and operational improvement Conduct rigorous analytics to enhance profitability, customer retention, reactivation, and service across gaming verticals, using a consultative and insight-driven approach Leverage tools like SQL, R, Python, and Tableau to build analytics and reporting solutions, while actively integrating new technologies into business processes Drive Gaming 1 to Play Tech platform transitionDefine and track key metrics and KPIs, supporting test-and-learn initiatives and delivering actionable insights through advanced data visualizations Develop and present executive-ready materials, clearly communicating complex findings and performance drivers to senior management in a compelling format Mentor analysts and empower business users, identifying opportunities for new self-service tools, improving productivity, and training stakeholders on BI tools and processes More about you Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, business, computer science, data science or an equivalent technical field Experience managing direct reports High proficiency with Tableau with prior experience working with Tableau data model, scheduling, and automation; Tableau certification preferred Experience with Gaming 1 and Play Tech platforms Significant experience in data extraction and transformation, relational databases, and SQL Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in quantitative or data analyst roles Demonstrated business acumen for the iGaming and Sportsbook industry; ability to articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance Shift details
