Director, Brand Growth System Analytics at a glance

Our Brand Growth system (BGS) is a globally consistent approach to enable teams to identify and deliver on meaningful growth opportunities. As a key leader on the BGS central team, the Director, Brand Growth System Analytics will play a critical role in deploying, embedding, and evolving the Kraft Heinz Brand Growth System to transform the business and reach our growth ambition.
What's on the menu?
Commercial offshore brand growth analytic team development, training, and deployment Ongoing support of data and development needs of offshore team to ensure competitive advantage and scale of support and partnership across the organization Ongoing assessment of data sources and needs in support of BGS expansion and analytics Launch of BGS 'Control Tower' decision and tracking tool to enable business teams across the organization, in partnership with Digital/IT team; includes various stages of launch from simple KPI dynamic measurement to full AI enablement and support tool through 2026/27 Single point of contact for any other signature programs and tools across the company that would benefit from working in collaboration with BGSRecipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you!
I have experience in marketing analytics or a related field, preferably within CPG on the manufacturer-side I have strong business acumen and understanding of the food and beverage industry I have understanding of various consumer data sets, including POS, panel, survey data. I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights I have experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across various functional teams, both business focused (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance/RGM) and technical (Data Science, Data Engineering, BIE)Please note: This job posting is just a preview of the full scope of the position. New Hire Base Salary Range:
$184,800.00 – $231,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
