Unify the Co-op and Belk Media network under one core team to maximize revenue, brand visibility, and customer experienceBuild strategy to simplify program integration through a unified platform with clear guidelines and selling toolsWork with the CMO and cross functional teams, particularly our merchant organization, on the strategic vision and strategy for the Co-Op and Belk Media Network marketing channels to align with global marketing strategies to acquire new customers while retaining and reengaging current customers.Create and execute Co-op and Retail Marketing Network strategy for Belk, unifying under Belk Partnership MarketingManage vendor communications and strategic selling approaches, while partnering with merchantsAccountable for account management, campaign planning/execution/management, budget management, project management and testing ideation and executionHandle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyConsistently explore and develop new ideas to increase customer engagement and salesDevelop and maintain effective communication with internal and external partnersStay abreast of market trends and how we leverage them for our businessPosition Contribution Level :

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience leading and building teamsKnowledge & Skills
A strong understanding of retailer and supplier dynamics; including JBPs, co-op marketing, and merchandisingExperience with working with vendors, third parties, internal business partners and building the revenue through the Retail Media NetworkExcellent communication skills, including business writing, communicating strategies and effectivenessStrong analytics skillset with experience managing analysis of financial, customer, or industry datasets to inform strategy / solution outputs Ability to identify key stakeholders’ incentives, align goals, and bring others along to drive progressAn entrepreneurial spirit – with an ability to identify opportunities, drive progress, develop others, and thrive in ambiguous environments Leadership skills – Experience building, leading and developing a strong performing teamProject management skillsAble to work both independently and in a team environmentUnderstanding of the retail climate and landscape, and impact to the businessExperience in a fast-paced environmentPhysical
