Job Description JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least 4 or more full-time employees. + Analyzes and manages audit profitability through revenue generation, expense control and optimal staffing mix; implements necessary changes to hold or improve profit margin. + Develops audit plan, sets team goals and implements overall strategy and process improvements for the audit(s). + Continually researches auditable areas and opportunities to expand scope; identifies opportunities for other PRGX service offerings. + Develops and maintains audit(s) budget and forecasts; oversees and manages audit level P&L. + Oversees and provides input on audit team compensation. + Maintains accurate audit plan(s), scope parameters and due diligence information for the audit(s). + Raises issues regarding problems, including data acquisition, that block individual or audit team effectiveness. + Supports implementation of best practices. + Develops and implements action plan for moving work to shared services; supports and drives offshoring initiatives. + Tracks claim production and auditor productivity. + Ensures all communications to the audit team are timely, accurate and thorough. + Communicates timely to Audit Services VP on any client or audit issues. + Networks with client industry to highlight new product offerings and audit opportunities; ensures client understands the economic value PRGX provides. + Develops partnerships with client contacts that build credibility and integrity. + Act as client contact for operational issues, questions or local requests. + Creates and delivers client management reports. + Manages change in an affirmative manner and fosters positive working environment. + Provides guidance and acts as a mentor to audit team members. + Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with PRGX policies and procedures including interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance of team members; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. + May reconcile and submit client billings and adhere PRGX revenue recognition guidelines. + Manage client relationships & client deliverables/expectations Skills & Requirements Qualifications PRGX provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetic information, Protected Veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
