Director, Audience and Media Performance

Present in over 100 countries, Publicis Groupe employs around 103,000 professionals. **Overview** The Audience & Media Performance Lead is responsible for driving the strategic implementation, and optimization of audience targeting and media performance initiatives across digital channels that are being built by the Publicis Groupe Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, data activation, and campaign analytics, ensuring that audience insights directly fuel measurable business outcomes. **Responsibilities** Audience Strategy & Activation • Develop and manage audience strategies across channels (programmatic, paid social, CTV, etc.) in partnership with investment and strategy teams. • Collaborate with Audience Solution, data science, and marketing science to develop test and performance frameworks for execution of audience activation. • Lead ongoing performance reviews across campaigns, identifying areas of opportunity and growth for the Teams’ solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership • Serve as the connective tissue between strategy, media, analytics, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on targeting and performance goals. • Drive integration of data partners (e.g., identity graphs, retail media networks, claims data) into targeting strategies. • Stay ahead of data privacy regulations and platform policy changes to inform compliant audience practices. **Qualifications** • 10+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or data-driven performance roles. • Proven track record of building and optimizing audience-based media campaigns. • Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, LiveRamp, Epsilon, or CDPs (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe). • Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting campaign performance data. • Excellent communicator who can distill complexity into clear insights and recommendations. Preferred Experience: • Industry expertise in [pharma, retail, CPG, financial services — tailor as needed]. • Familiarity with media mix modeling, incrementality testing, A/B, or MTA. • Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or other regulatory frameworks affecting media/data. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
