We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead the development and commercialization ofAgentic AI solutionstailored for the life sciences industry. This role is pivotal in shaping market-ready offerings that address the evolving needs of pharmaceutical commercial teams. Agentic AI Offering Development & Innovation
Lead the full lifecycle of Agentic AI-powered commercial offerings—from ideation and market validation to design, packaging, and go-to-market execution.Monitor market trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics to identify whitespace opportunities and inform strategic roadmaps.Collaborate with product teams to translate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Agentic AI) into scalable, compliant, and differentiated solutions.Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure offerings are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally scalable.Co-develop and pilot solutions with strategic clients, integrating real-world feedback into iterative design cycles.Revenue Growth & Regional Enablement
Drive adoption and revenue growth of Agentic AI offerings in partnership with regional business units.Equip field teams with go-to-market assets, training, and positioning strategies to effectively engage clients.Collaborate with regional SMEs to tailor solutions to local market dynamics and regulatory environments.Establish feedback loops to refine offerings, enhance messaging, and deliver measurable commercial impact.Lead or support high-value sales pursuits, providing subject matter expertise to win strategic deals.Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Represent the organization in industry forums, client workshops, and innovation councils.Author thought leadership content and contribute to strategic pursuits with differentiated value propositions.Qualifications12+ years of experience in life sciences, with at least 5 years in solution development, innovation, or offering management roles.Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, omnichannel engagement, and GenAI applications.Experience with or within pharma manufacturers or solution providers (e.g., IQVIA, ZS, Axtria, Beghou, Veeva, Salesforce).Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into client value.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and their application in commercial use cases.Experience in modular offering design, pricing strategy, and value articulation.Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in AI-enabled pharma solutions.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $121,400.00 - $338,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
